I have land but no plans — where do we start?
With a feasibility study. We assess the site for planning likelihood, access, services and an indicative cost band before any design work begins.
Do you only work in London?
No. We're headquartered in London but deliver projects across the UK and overseas. Distance has never stopped a great home being built.
How long does a typical self-build take?
Most projects run 18–30 months from first conversation to handover, depending on scale, planning complexity and site conditions.
Can you work with my own architect?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with clients' chosen architects and bring our own delivery and contractor network to the table.
